Do you provide free estimates?

Yes. O2 Land Solutions LLC provides free estimates for prospective projects. Depending on the scope of work, we may be able to start with photos and project details, while some jobs will require an on-site visit before an accurate estimate can be provided.

Are you insured?

Yes. O2 Land Solutions LLC is fully insured for the work we perform.

What areas do you serve?

We serve customers throughout Green Country, Oklahoma, including Haskell, Muskogee, Broken Arrow, Tulsa, Bixby, Jenks, Coweta, Wagoner, Okmulgee, Glenpool, Sapulpa, Sand Springs, Owasso, Fort Gibson, Checotah, and surrounding communities. Contact us if your property is outside these areas to see if we can accommodate your project.

What types of customers do you work with?

We work with homeowners, property owners, builders, contractors, and other customers who need dirt work, land improvement, or site preparation services.

Do you take small jobs?

Yes. We consider projects of different sizes. Whether a smaller job makes sense depends on the type of work, location, equipment needed, mobilization, and overall project requirements.

How do I request an estimate?

Submit a request through our website, call or text (918) 732-9008, or contact us by email. Providing the property location, type of work needed, photos, and a brief description helps us evaluate the project more efficiently.

Can you work from photos alone?

Sometimes. Photos and videos can help us understand the project and may be enough for an initial estimate on straightforward jobs. Projects involving drainage, elevations, access concerns, significant excavation, or uncertain site conditions may require an on-site visit.

How soon can my project be scheduled?

Scheduling depends on the size of the project, equipment availability, weather, current workload, and site conditions. Once the scope of work is confirmed, we’ll communicate the expected scheduling window as clearly as possible.

Do you require a deposit?

Some projects may require a deposit before materials, equipment, rentals, or scheduling are committed. Any deposit requirements will be clearly stated in your estimate or agreement before work begins.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment options will be provided with your estimate or invoice. Any required deposit, progress payment, or final payment terms will be communicated before the project begins.

Who is responsible for locating utilities?

Required utility locates must be completed before excavation or digging begins. Public utility locates do not necessarily identify privately owned lines, septic components, irrigation, private electrical lines, or other underground features, so customers should tell us about any known private utilities or underground improvements on the property.

What should I do before equipment arrives?

Make sure we have clear access to the work area and remove vehicles, trailers, pets, personal belongings, and other obstacles when possible. Please also let us know about gates, septic systems, private utilities, soft ground, underground structures, or other conditions that could affect equipment access.

Do you provide or deliver dirt, gravel, and other materials?

Depending on the project, materials may be supplied by the customer or arranged as part of the job. Material quantities, delivery, trucking, spreading, and associated costs will be discussed during the estimating process.

Do you haul away brush, dirt, or demolition debris?

Haul-off can be included when appropriate. Disposal and hauling requirements vary by project and may affect the price depending on material type, quantity, trucking distance, and disposal costs.

What happens if weather delays the job?

Dirt work is heavily affected by rain and soil conditions. If conditions are too wet or unsafe to produce quality work without damaging the property, the project may need to be postponed. We’ll communicate weather-related schedule changes as soon as reasonably possible.

Can the price change after work begins?

The agreed scope and price will not be changed without a reason. However, unforeseen site conditions, additional customer-requested work, material changes, hidden obstacles, disposal requirements, or other conditions outside the original scope may require a change in price. We will discuss those changes with you before proceeding whenever practical.

Who is responsible for permits or approvals?

Permit and approval requirements depend on the type of work and location. If a project requires permits, easement approval, HOA approval, driveway/culvert approval, or other authorization, responsibilities should be established before work begins.

Can you guarantee drainage problems will be completely eliminated?

We can grade and construct drainage improvements intended to manage water more effectively, but drainage is affected by rainfall, surrounding properties, soil conditions, existing infrastructure, and other factors. We’ll explain the proposed solution and what it is designed to accomplish before work begins.
